The Agile PMO Approach
The Agile PMO Approach is used to manage programs and projects that are more iterative and incremental. This approach increases accountability across teams while providing optimal client service and holistic solutions for the duration of the software development lifecycle.
The Agile PMO Approach follows many of the principles of the “Project Management Body of Knowledge,” integrating various software development methodologies and techniques. The result is a comprehensive client service experience that manages a client’s satisfaction and expectations; fulfills requirements and implements designs that address organizational needs; and, ensures the project is completed by the client’s definition.
